Bielke&Yang
Bielke & Yang has developed a new brand identity for Ytri, an independent design studio working across people, businesses and society. Ytri positions itself around a clear premise: value comes from solving real problems, not decorating them. The work stays close to usability, innovation, aesthetics and craft, and its process begins by finding the essence of a need before defining goals and pushing the idea further.
At the centre of the studio's positioning is independence. Ytri keeps to its own values, defines its own principles and stays uncompromising on what it believes. That stance shapes which assignments it takes and how it works, and it extends into the culture, showing up in sustained engagement and low turnover. Bielke & Yang built the identity to carry this conviction, giving structure to a studio that treats the integrity of its work and the integrity of itself as the same commitment.
The system reaches outward as well. Ytri works closely with its sister agency Bow on photography, film and text, and gives back through Ways Into Practice, a podcast built as a resource for students and the designers of tomorrow. The result is a platform that holds Ytri's worldview steady while leaving room for it to grow.
